WIDE-OPEN DECK, MAXIMUM LOAD
The BOLT is built for operators who need every inch of deck space — a full dual-wheel deckover design on a 12" x 14 lb I-Beam frame rated for 20k–24k lbs GVWR. With lengths from 25' to 40', it handles oversized equipment and wide loads that simply don't fit on a standard trailer.
ADJUSTABLE HEAVY-DUTY SUSPENSION
HDSS Adjustable Suspension gives the BOLT a tunable ride that can be dialed in for different load weights and road conditions. It's a suspension system designed for the realities of hauling heavy, oversized loads day after day across all terrain types.
5' DOVETAIL WITH FLIP-OVER RAMPS
A 5' dovetail with 2 flip-over ramps (42" x 53" fold-up) provides a smooth, low-angle approach for loading wide or heavy equipment that can't handle a steep ramp. The flip-over design keeps your deck clean during transport and deploys quickly when you're ready to load.
3/16" ENGINEERED GOOSENECK
The BOLT's 3/16" sheet metal engineered gooseneck is built to flex and absorb the stresses of heavy deckover loads without fatiguing. Combined with an adjustable 2 5/16" coupler, it provides a precise, secure connection to your tow vehicle.
10-PLY TIRES ON 10K AXLES
Riding on 2 - 10k EZ Lube Axles with HDSS suspension and ST235/80R16 10-ply radial tires, the BOLT delivers stable, controlled towing at full 24k GVWR. Upgrade to 2 - 12k axles for configurations where maximum payload capacity is the priority.
TwistGuard Protection
The TwistGuard™ comes standard on all BOLT models 30 feet and longer, adding critical reinforcement to the 12" x 14 lb I-beam frame. This design reduces frame twist by up to 60%, keeping your trailer rigid under heavy, uneven loads. It's engineered protection that pays off when you're hauling hard across rough ground.
