TITAN-CLASS CAPACITY
The BOLT HD is built for the biggest jobs — engineered beam frame with torque tubes, 12k–16k axle options, and GVWR ranging from 30k to 40k lbs. Available in 30' to 40' lengths with 18-ply tires and commercial-grade running gear, this is the deckover for operators who don't have a light day.
12' HYDRAULIC DOVETAIL WITH BLACKWOOD
A 12' hydraulic dovetail with blackwood inserts provides a premium, low-angle loading solution for the most demanding oversized equipment. Blackwood decking provides superior grip, durability, and protection for equipment tracks — a detail that separates a working trailer from a purpose-built one.
RE-ENGINEERED METAL GOOSENECK
The BOLT HD features a 3/16" re-engineered metal gooseneck built to handle the extreme stresses of 30k–40k GVWR loads without fatigue. It's not a standard gooseneck — it's an engineered component designed specifically for Titan-class payloads.
18-PLY COMMERCIAL TIRES
Running on 215/75 R17.5 18-ply tires on 2 - 16k Electric Brake EZ Lube Axles, the BOLT HD is spec'd for commercial-grade use at full capacity. HDSS Adjustable Suspension keeps the ride controlled and the load stable even at maximum GVWR.
UP TO 20K ELECTRIC WINCH
The BOLT HD is equipped with a 14k, 18k, or 20k electric winch depending on configuration, giving you serious pulling power for loading heavy, wide, or disabled equipment. Combined with the hydraulic dovetail and Titan-class axles, this trailer handles the jobs others can't.
DUAL 10K DROP-LEG JACKS STANDARD
The BOLT HD comes equipped with dual 10k drop-leg jacks that provide a stable, level platform every time you hook up or load out. At 30k–40k GVWR, having a solid foundation under the trailer during loading isn't a luxury — it's a necessity.
