12 TON LIFT WHERE IT COUNTS
When you're dumping dense materials like wet soil, concrete rubble, or heavy aggregate, the 12-Ton Telescopic Cylinder delivers the raw force needed to clear the bed completely. More power at the hinge means cleaner dumps, less residual material, and faster turnaround on every job.
SOLID FLOOR, SERIOUS BONES
A 3/16" one-piece steel floor paired with an 8" Wide Flange Beam frame at 13 lbs/ft means the TLP absorbs hard loads from the ground up. Crossmembers at 12" centers add structural integrity throughout the bed to handle whatever you throw at it.
BUILT FOR REPEAT CYCLES
The TLP's KTI Hydraulic Pump runs off a 27M Deep-Cycle Marine Battery kept charged by a solar panel — meaning no hunting for a plug-in between jobs and no dead batteries mid-shift. When you're running back-to-back dump cycles all day, the power is always there when you need it.
DEXTER AXLES & 10-PLY TIRES
Equipped with 2 - 8k Dexter axles, multi-leaf slipper spring suspension, and ST235/80R16 10-ply radial tires, the TLP handles 14k–16k lbs GVWR with stability and confidence. Electric brakes deliver reliable stopping power whether you're fully loaded or running empty.
LOADED WITH STANDARD FEATURES
Stake pockets, a 2-way spreader gate, 6' slide-in ramps, retractable tarp kit, rear stabilizer stands, and a lockable toolbox all come standard. Add a wireless remote option and solar charging and you've got a trailer built for the most demanding job sites.
