A gravity tilt system with dual cushioned cylinders and a 13° tilt angle keeps every load smooth and controlled. The heavy-duty pipe latch locking system with safety pin locks the deck solid the moment it levels out.
One trailer, two capacities
Choose the 40,000 lb tandem axle version or step up to the 50,000 lb tri-axle — same proven frame, same build quality, just more muscle when the load demands it. 29,950 lb payload on the 40L, 37,900 lb on the 50L.
Strength starts at the frame
A 1-piece manufactured I-beam with an 80K web and T1 flanges — not welded together from sections, formed as a single piece. 4" Jr. I-beam crossmembers on 16" centers and Grade 50 knee braces throughout keep it rigid mile after mile.
1-1/2" Rough Oak Floors
Both the stationary and tilt sections are decked in 1-1/2" rough oak. It grips, it drains, and when a board takes a beating it swaps out in the field without special tools or a trip to the shop. Functional decking built for real-world use.
ABS is not an upgrade here
ABS comes standard on every axle. 25,000 lb Dexter axles, 12-1/4" x 7-1/2" brake drums, and Dexter HDSS suspension give you stopping power and ride quality whether you are loaded to capacity or running empty.
Semi Style Landing Gear
Dual-speed semi-style landing gear rated at 50,000 lbs drops fast and holds firm on any surface. DOT approved fully sealed rubber-mounted LED lighting is installed after paint, keeping connections clean and corrosion-free from day one.
